Mochi ice cream

 



Mozzarella mochi ice cream:

  • Preparation forty-five minutes
  • Cooking time is 20 minutes.
  • It’s enough for 12 people.

 

Components:

Ice cream ingredients:

  • Two and a quarter cups of milk.
  • Two and a half cups of mozzarella.
  • A quarter of a glass of tremolin.
  • Three big spoons of dextrose.
  • A big spoon and a half of salt.
  • kilograms of glue.
  • One and a half kilograms of neighborhood glue.

 

Mochi components:

  • Four hundred grams of sweet sticky rice flour.
  • Four hundred grams of sugar.
  • Eighty – four milligrams of water.
  • Half a small tablespoon of salt.
  • Two small tablespoons of flower water.
  • Two small tablespoons of rose water.
  • A few edible flowers to decorate.

 

Preparation method:

Ice cream preparation:

  • Mix milk with mozzarella cheese, trimolin, dextrose, casentan glue, and neighborhood glue in the electric blender at high speed until the mixture is warm.
  • The mixture is cooled in a cold water bath, then transported to the ice cream freeze bowl until it is solid, then mixed into the bakuget, and other freezing methods can be used as nitrogen liquid or dry ice.

 

Mochi preparation:

  • Mix the mochi components together, then filter them through a soft filter in a large bowl.
  • Put the mixture in the microwave for two minutes on average.
  • Repeat the previous step at least five times until the mixture of liquid strength is transformed into a smooth and homogeneous dough, taking into account the trimming of the mixture after each time using a wooden spoon.
  • The dough is transported to the sprayed work table with rice flour, and the surface of the dough is then sprayed with a little rice flour.
  • The dough is bred by the chubby until it’s a little thick.
  • Sprinkle the dough with rice flour from below and above so it doesn’t get sticky with its flipping.
  • Leave the dough aside until it cools and relaxes with nylon.
  • Cut the mochi into circles using a circular slice immersed in rice flour.
  • Stuffed moochie with mozzarella cream, decorated with flowers and served in an appropriate serving dish.

 

Moochie Baltin lavender and violet flavor

  • Preparation time of 45 minutes
  • Cooking time is 20 minutes.
  • It’s enough for 12 people.

 

Components:

  • Four hundred grams of sweet and sticky rice flour.
  • Four hundred grams of powder sugar.
  • Ninety – four milligrams of purple and lavender water.
  • Half a small tablespoon of sea salt.

 

Mint water components:

  • Eighty – four milligrams of water.
  • Three grams of lavender.
  • Three grams of dried violet flowers.
  • Big spoon of purple.

 

Filler components:

  • grams of cream.
  • Five pills of dried fig and chopped into tiny cubes.
  • Three big spoons of honey.
  • A few edible gold leaves.

 

Preparation method:

  • The water is left to boil in the pot, and then the pinnisveg and lavender flowers are added, and the pot is covered and left to soak for an hour.
  • Heat the pot again and add purple.

 

Preparation of padding:

  • Mix the cream, figs and honey in the blender bowl, and leave the mixture in the fridge until the time of use.

 

Mochi Preparation:

  • Mix all the mochi components together, then filter them through a soft filter in a large, microwave – friendly bowl.
  • Put the mixture in the microwave for 10 minutes on medium heat and trim the mix every two minutes by a wooden spoon, until the mixture is transformed from liquid state into a homogeneous and soft dough.
  • Move the dough to a sprinkled table with rice flour, sprinkle the surface of the dough with rice flour, and then single out using chopsticks.
  • Flip the dough and keep spraying it with rice flour from the top and bottom so it doesn’t stick.
  • Let the muchi dough rest with a plastic wrapper.
  • Cut the mochi into disks using a rotating slice immersed in rice flour.
  • Stuffing the muchi with cream and figs, decorating it with gold leaves and presenting it.
